Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before placing an order with Dragon Metals. By purchasing from our website at dragonmint.co.uk, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. About Us

Dragon Metals is a trading name of Bronze Bracken, a sole trader business based in Wales, United Kingdom. We sell .999 fine copper investment bars and related products.

2. Ordering

By placing an order, you confirm that:

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.

3. Pricing

All prices are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Postage is charged separately and shown at checkout before payment is taken.

Copper is a commodity and its market value fluctuates. Our prices are set at our discretion and are not directly linked to the live spot price displayed on our website. The spot price shown is for informational purposes only.

4. Payment

We accept payment by credit/debit card (via Stripe) and cryptocurrency (via NOWPayments). Payment is taken in full at the time of order.

Card payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details. Cryptocurrency payments are processed by NOWPayments and are non-refundable once confirmed on the blockchain.

5. Delivery

We currently deliver to UK addresses only. Orders are dispatched within 3–5 working days of payment confirmation. Delivery is via Royal Mail Tracked service.

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. Estimated delivery times are provided by Royal Mail and are not guaranteed. Dragon Metals is not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or other circumstances outside our control.

Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon delivery.

6. Product Description

Our copper bars are .999 fine copper, hand-finished in Wales. Each bar comes with a certificate of authenticity. Weights and dimensions are approximate and may vary slightly between batches.

Product photographs are representative. Minor variations in finish and appearance may occur as each bar is individually made.

8. Investment Risk Disclaimer

Copper bars are physical commodities. Their value may go up or down. Nothing on this website constitutes financial or investment advice. You should seek independent advice before making investment decisions. Dragon Metals accepts no liability for any loss arising from the purchase or sale of our products.

All content on this website, including text, images, logos and design, is the property of Dragon Metals / Bronze Bracken and may not be reproduced without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dragon Metals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of our website or products, beyond the value of the order placed.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
