Summary: You have 14 days to cancel your order under UK consumer law. Returns must be in original condition. Cryptocurrency payments are non-refundable once confirmed on the blockchain.
1. Your Right to Cancel (Distance Selling)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us clearly before the 14-day period expires by contacting us at [email protected].
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Returned within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation
- In its original, unused condition
- In the original packaging with the certificate of authenticity included
- Free from damage, scratches or alterations not present at delivery
We reserve the right to deduct from the refund if the value of the goods has been reduced by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
3. How to Return
Please follow these steps:
- Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
- We will reply within 2 working days with return instructions
- Pack the item securely — copper bars are heavy and valuable, please use appropriate packaging
- Send the return via a tracked and insured service — we recommend Royal Mail Special Delivery
- You are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty or we made an error
Important: Do not return items without contacting us first. We cannot be responsible for items lost in transit without tracking.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method:
- Card payments — refunded to your original card via Stripe
- Cryptocurrency payments — crypto payments are non-refundable once confirmed on the blockchain. If eligible for a refund, we will issue payment via bank transfer in GBP at the exchange rate at the time of the original order
Original postage costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product.
5. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or is not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with photographs of the damage.
We will offer a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you, including return postage.
6. Items Not Eligible for Return
We cannot accept returns for:
- Items that have been personalised, engraved or customised beyond our standard product
- Items returned after the 14-day cancellation period without prior agreement
- Items not in their original condition due to customer handling
